You are welcome here
At Emmanuel Lutheran Church, we gather as people who know that faith is not about perfection, certainty, or having the right answers. It is about showing up—together—in a fragile world, trusting that God is already present before we are ready.
We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, rooted in the conviction that God’s love comes first, always. We believe that grace is not something we earn or explain, but something we receive—and then practice by how we live with one another.
Emmanuel is a place for real people with real lives. People carrying joy and grief. Doubt and hope. Courage and exhaustion. Families of many shapes. Stories that don’t fit neatly into boxes. Questions that don’t come with easy answers.
Here, you don’t have to believe a certain way to belong. You don’t have to agree on everything. What matters is a shared commitment to love—patiently, honestly, and with compassion—as God first loved us.
We seek to follow Jesus not by withdrawing from the world, but by being faithfully present in it: feeding the hungry, standing with the vulnerable, welcoming the stranger, and refusing to turn away from hard truths.
If you are looking for a church that values presence over performance, grace over judgment, and community over certainty— you may find a home here.
